How can we help?

Most answers are right here. If you don’t find what you need, a real person is one message away at support@repcir.com.

Common questions

Does it remember me?

Yes. REPCIR remembers you for the long haul: your goals, your best lifts, what aggravates which joint, not just today's chat. You can see everything it remembers and ask it to forget anything, anytime.

Does it use my injuries and equipment?

Every session. Your coach checks your limits and the equipment you have before it plans a single move, so you never get an exercise you can't do or don't have the weights for.

Do I need a wearable?

No. REPCIR coaches you well today from your training history and goals. Connecting a watch or ring — so it can use your sleep and recovery to decide how hard to push you — is on the way, and it'll always be optional.

Does it work with my watch?

It will soon. Connecting the watch or ring you wear is on the way; once it ships, your coach will use last night's recovery to set today's effort. Either way, you get the full app today.

Can my family use it together?

Yes. Start a private circle and invite the people you train with. Each member is coached toward their own goal, with their own profile: your bench press, her pull-ups, their sport, all in one place.

Is my data private?

Private by default. Nothing in a circle is shared without each person's explicit consent, and you stay in control, including the right to see and forget any memory on demand. We never sell your data.

Is it free?

Free to start, no credit card. You can build and run real sessions on the free tier. Paid plans at $7.99 and $14.99 a month unlock daily coaching and more when you're ready.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime, no hoops. Manage or cancel your plan from settings in the app, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

New to REPCIR? Start in 4 steps

  1. Create your free accountSign up in a minute, no credit card. You can build a real session before you ever decide on a plan.
  2. Build your profileTell your coach what you've got: your equipment, any injuries, your goals, and the days you can actually train. This is what makes every session yours.
  3. Connect your recovery (coming soon)Soon you'll be able to link the watch or ring you wear, so your coach can use last night's recovery to make today's workout easier or harder. For now, it coaches you well from your training and your goals.
  4. Ask your coach, and bring your circleJust say what you're up for and your coach builds today's session around you. Then invite family or training partners into a private circle, each coached toward their own goal.
