1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Repcir ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Repcir is an accountability fitness application that provides workout tracking, circle-based accountability features, and personalized fitness recommendations. The Service is available through our mobile applications and website.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password used to access the Service
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

4. Circles and Social Features

Our Service includes "Circles" - groups where members can share workout progress and hold each other accountable. By joining or creating a Circle, you agree to:

  • Share your designated workout information with Circle members
  • Respect other members and maintain appropriate conduct
  • Not use Circles for harassment, bullying, or inappropriate content
  • Accept that Circle administrators may remove members at their discretion

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect user information without consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Repcir and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness information for educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Repcir, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the app settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
